The Shield's break up could potentially benefit many RAW superstars
#4 Seth Rollins

Rollins has been one of the most disappointing Intercontinental Champions recently
Seth Rollins won the Intercontinental Championship after a fabulous match at WrestleMania 34. He even had a great program with Dolph Ziggler that lasted much of the summer. But because he is such an integral component of The Shield, his run has been all but forgotten.

While he may hold the Intercontinental Championship, the title isn't even being defended at Crown Jewel. Instead, Rollins will be a part of the WWE World Cup, a tournament that he really did not need to be in. As long as he is a part of The Shield, he will not really be seen as one of the great Intercontinental Champions.
This is especially unfortunate because the first part of Rollins' run was absolutely fabulous. And we all know that if he's given a chance to make the 'workhorse' title relevant again, he can work absolute wonders.
