The Shield's break up could potentially benefit many RAW superstars
#3 Ziggler and McIntyre

The Tag Team Champions could actually work with legitimate RAW Tag Teams then
We recently saw Ziggler and McIntyre put on one of the best RAW matches of the year against The Revival. There are a lot of tag teams waiting in the wings for a shot at the prized titles. Unfortunately, because of The Shield, none of them have been able to get a shot at the championships. It's all been meaningless six man matches, over the past few months.

All of the Tag Teams on RAW could benefit if Ziggler and McIntyre actually defended their Tag Team Championships, like legitimate Tag Team Champions. It would make the titles relevant as well, because much like the Intercontinental Championship, they too have become an afterthought, of late.
Also, we know how good Ziggler and McIntyre are! We know they could potentially have classics against teams like The Revival and The Authors of Pain.
All that's holding them back is the Shield storyline.
