WWE has made it abundantly clear that Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar are not done yet. After the controversial finish at the Greatest Royal Rumble, Reigns may still get an opportunity at the Universal Championship. How does one set up the next encounter then? Reigns is in a very different mindset right now. He is currently locked in a feud with Jinder Mahal, the Modern Day Maharaja, and the two men are set to do battle at Money in the Bank 2018. There's little heat for the match as there are no real stakes yet.
Having Lesnar interfere in the match will create headlines. It would shake up the product and cause people to sit up and take notice at once. The viewership may have tanked this week but this move would really help it rise to the next level.
