Probably the most distasteful angle in all of wrestling

It just had to be this one, didn’t it? When Triple H and Kane were feuding back in 2002, one of the first things to ever take place on WWE programming involved Mr Hunter Hearst Helmsley and a fictional woman by the name of Katie Vick.

Hunter claimed that The Big Red Machine had a one-way relationship with Vick where she didn't return the love he had for her. Then Vick was killed in a car crash where Kane was the driver. Distasteful, no? But, it gets worse.

Then Triple H said that Kane raped the woman's corpse and proceeded to air a clip where The Game dressed up in a Kane mask simulates having sex with a mannequin – that is supposed to be Katie Vick – in a casket.

This is by far the worst thing that Triple H has ever been a part of in terms of WWE storylines.
