This will guarantee that a Superstar won't leave AEW out of frustration

AEW has already promised that their Superstars will get more creative freedom so that they could do things as they want.

It is something we don’t see a lot in WWE. Except for some wrestlers, everyone else has to follow what the creative team tells them to do. Some wrestlers want to do something else with their character but WWE, having other plans, doesn’t allow them to do so. But AEW understands the issue, and it’s why they have decided to give more creative freedom to their wrestlers.
