Conor McGregor is a lifelong Manchester United fan

Before pursuing a career in MMA, Conor McGregor was a plumber. Following in his dad's footsteps, Conor soon realized he was never really meant for the plumbing world. He said this to the Guardian in 2015:

“It just wasn't for me. I was waking at 5am and walking in the dark, freezing cold until I reached the motorway and waited for a guy I didn't even know to take me to the site, where I worked for 12 hours and then got driven back and walked home. I know there are passionate, skilled plumbers. But I had no love for plumbing."

Coming to what Conor’s dream was as a kid, it was to become a professional football player. A hardcore Manchester United fan all his life, he even played in his teen years until he diverted towards boxing training.
