#4. The Miz and Shane McMahon's feel-good story
The first thing that comes to mind when Shane McMahon is brought up is the period between WrestleMania and SummerSlam, when he dominated both RAW and SmackDown, and received much criticism for taking up too much TV time in the process.
It really is an unpleasant memory for many fans and hopefully, 'Shane O'Mac' does not return in such a position ever again. But what fans forget is that before his over-the-top 'Best in the World' shtick came a highly entertaining face run alongside The Miz.
The two bonded over daddy issues, as they formed a successful tag team and captured the SmackDown Tag Team Championships from Sheamus and Cesaro at Royal Rumble. It genuinely was a fun match with a satisfying ending.
The subsequent feud between Shane and Miz went south quickly after the non-wrestler picked up too many fluke victories over the 8-time Intercontinental Champion, but their limited time together from formation until their second defeat to The Usos was fun while it lasted.
