#2 Tensions increase between Roman Reigns and The Usos
Roman Reigns losing his Universal Championship would be a huge setback in his claims to be the "Head of the Table". For nearly a year now, we have seen him tell The Usos not to embarrass the family. The question is - will Jey and Jimmy Uso still acknowledge him as The Tribal Chief if he is no longer the Universal Champion?
Reports have suggested that The Rock is set to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38 next year. WWE reportedly also has a backup plan to have a tag team match between the two, with both teaming up with one of The Usos. If that is the case, we might see either Jey or Jimmy Uso turn on Roman Reigns if he loses the Universal Championship.
#1 The Fiend returns and challenges Finn Balor for a Universal Championship match
Finn Balor winning the Universal Championship from Roman Reigns would open up a number of interesting feuds for him. However, the one that fans might want to see the most would be him facing "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt.
It was two years ago at SummerSlam 2019 where The Fiend made his in-ring debut and completely destroyed Balor. A couple of years before that, at SummerSlam 2017, "The Demon King" Finn Balor destroyed Bray Wyatt in their match. The writing is on the wall for yet another rematch, this time with both superstars bringing out their demonic alter egos.
The Demon King vs. The Fiend is a dream match that WWE could realistically book. While Wyatt has been away from the company for the last few months, we might see him return after SummerSlam and go after his arch-rival Balor.
