I had seen in pictures prior to meeting Jinder that he never really seemed to wear a smile when photographed. Whether it was just a coincidence or he was just remaining in character, we weren’t expecting too much in terms of communication when we approached him.

Whilst he was a nice enough guy, he gave off a very intimidating presence – which should be considered a good thing considering he’s now the World Champion.

Given that we hadn’t met many wrestlers prior to this night it could’ve just been a case of us being nervous, but Mahal was most certainly an intimidating presence.
