There have been some slight changes for Alexa Bliss over the past few weeks and many fans believe that these could be hints regarding her character.
Bliss only brought Lilly in after The Fiend had left which means that there is a chance that Lilly was always in her mind. Bliss was Lilly all along and she had a doll made to have her physically present.
Even without the doll, it's clear that there is someone controlling Bliss' mind and that whilst she is physically moaning the loss of her "best friend".
While Bliss didn't have anger issues before she was brainwashed by The Fiend, Lilly appears to be a problem that has been left behind following her split from The Fiend.
These therapy sessions should find the root of the issue and at some point should allow Bliss to free herself from the hold that Lilly has over her. Week by week the difference can be seen, but Bliss doesn't appear to be rid of her doll just yet.
