WWE used to announce Hall of Fame inductees between January and March in the build-up to the ceremony on WrestleMania weekend. But in 2019, the company took a different approach by announcing Batista and the nWoโ€™s inductions in December.

It is unclear who will be inducted into the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame, but The Undertaker will surely be at the top of the list of candidates.

Several of The Deadmanโ€™s friends and co-workers appeared at his Final Farewell ceremony at Survivor Series 2020, which also included an introduction from Vince McMahon.

Unfortunately, the segment felt underwhelming, and it did not seem like a fitting way to celebrate The Undertakerโ€™s iconic career. The fact that it took place without any fans in attendance at the WWE ThunderDome contributed to this disappointing outcome.

Now that WWE fans are allowed to attend events again, it would make sense for The Undertakerโ€™s career to be celebrated at a fitting occasion.

Realistically, this opportunity could come in April 2022 at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. The event, which will take place ahead of WrestleMania 38 weekend, will likely be held in The Undertakerโ€™s home state of Texas. As a result, it would make perfect sense for the company to induct The Phenom next year.

If WWE takes the same approach as two years ago, do not be surprised if The Undertakerโ€™s induction is announced in December.
