#4 Bray Wyatt loses to Curt Hawkins thanks to Matt Hardy

Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt face off in the ring
I think what is more likely to happen is Bray defeating Hawkins just like Matt did this week, followed by Hardy confronting Wyatt like Matt did last week. It’s more like what WWE’s predictable machine would do, which is why I expect that will really take place, but it would be a nice change of pace to see an unexpected win. Hell, it could even turn Hawkins face! Not that it matters much.
It’s a shame that Hawkins isn’t a face because playing up his losing streak and then eventually getting a big win could be a good RAW moment. Plus, the guy is a good talker and wrestler. It wouldn’t hurt to switch directions and turn him face and end up doing that, actually. They could probably get a good few months out of him chasing The Miz for the Intercontinental Title and make some money off some merch. It won’t happen, but it would work.
I got my first big break writing for 411Mania back in 2004. I did a small spot in a big weekly piece that was written by one of the site's top writers. I quickly added the duty of being the live recapper for episodes of SmackDown, and in 2005 was given my own weekly column, which I did for a few years. I gave up writing (mostly) to start a family but got back into it, still at 411, a little over 3 years later. For another couple of years, I wrote 2-3 columns per week for the website before finding paid work elsewhere, and eventually wound up at SportsKeeda.
I am also the co-founder of the RBR: Weekly Wrestling Talk podcast, which started in the summer of 2005 and is still going strong today, almost 15 years later. Due to school, work, and family commitments, I left the team in 2011 but still remain a part of the family.
