This was a sight to watch. Drew McIntyre standing toe to toe with Braun Strowman. Many people may be waiting for the two of them to square off against each other someday for the Universal Title. However, this could be the only point from this match that the fans could take home with a smile.

The match shouldn't have happened for the simple reason that either side couldn't afford to lose. While McIntyre and Ziggler make a dominating team and will someday contest for the RAW Tag Team Titles, Balor and Strowman have both qualified for the MITB ladder match that will take place next month.
Balor losing rather unconvincingly when he has a shot at winning the MITB Ladder Match is something that could have been easily avoided. Strowman could have laid Balor out flat after Balor mistakenly attacked Strowman.
If this had been done, it would have built their feud to the MITB match and could have saved Balor the embarrassing path to being pinned of a weak move.

Kishan Prasad
Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
