#2 WWE need more female referees
As the WWE is moving forward to building an equal base for female wrestlers in the company as compared to male wrestlers in the business, they need to look at a few other angles too.
Even though Evolution was advertised as a women-only pay-per-view, no one would have bothered to think whether the referees would be males or females.
However, the NXT has seen female referees and so did a couple of matches on the Evolution card. After watching those matches, one really thinks why the WWE didn't get a couple of more female referees too to make the event even more significant.
With the addition of female referees to the WWE, the company can take a giant leap at making themselves a completely equal opportunities company which can be great for the business and the industry.
Maybe we will see more female referees in the next edition of the Evolution event.
