WWE announced the arrival of the first-ever all women's PPV called WWE Evolution. It begins October 28th. Therefore, at WWE Super Showdown, women's wrestling must steal the show. Moreover, everyone involved needs to look strong. At present Becky Lynch is the only defending champion. However, things could still change.

On Raw television recently, women's wrestling seems to be building towards perhaps the introduction of tag team championships, see video below. However, this is not confirmed. Considering the constant pairing of Sasha Banks and Bayley and the addition of the Bella Twins, it could be proof. Moreover, on SmackDown Live, there are teams such as; Peyton Royce and Billie Kay.
Regardless of a new tag team championship, women's wrestling is thriving. However, regular tag team matches could become stale. Therefore, if WWE builds their women talent as individuals the future would be brighter. Moreover, it creates credible opponents for both champions.
