Is WWE preparing Otis for a surprise cash in?

WWE hasn't done much with Otis in the buildup to the upcoming SummerSlam event, which may be a worry for the Money in the Bank winner. Of course, WWE might just not know what to do with briefcase, especially since Otis doesn't exactly scream future top guy, but what if this is all a measured step?

WWE is at a place right now where they need to create some kind of unpredictability leading up to SummerSlam. Furthermore, they need to create moments that will keep fans glued to their screens. Fortunately for WWE, the more they hold off Otis cashing in, the more of a surprise it will be when he does.

In the end, Otis cashing in on Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre or even the tag team champions would be epic to see happen before SummerSlam, It would also be one of those moments that legitimately moves a storyline forward and allows fans to feel like WWE isn't just spinning their wheels.
