5 Things WWE did right this week and 5 they did not (April 8th, 9th 2019)

#3 Did right: Braun Strowman and Samoa Joe's brawl

Who gets the upper hand?

Braun Strowman and Samoa Joe got into a brawl as the previous segment processed. Samoa Joe had a squash match for his U.S. title at WrestleMania, and while he was successful in retaining it, the champion didn't feel good about it and wanted some tough competition, and Braun Strowman shows up on the ramp.

This was a good brawl after a bad segment and definitely worthy for both the performers, as while the champion had a squash match, the Monster Among Men has been directionless for a long time. This feud will not only help Samoa Joe cement himself as a credible performer but also help Braun Strowman as he would have a worthy competitor and a title to win at the end of it all.

This is a win-win state for not just the performers but the company as a whole and should be managed properly.
