#3 Former NXT stars booked badly

This point could just be focused on two people - Bobby Roode and Shinsuke Nakamura. Both former NXT Superstars who got the call-up to the main roster, both have held the United States Championship, and both haven't lived up to the expectations or their NXT performances.
WWE have booked pretty poorly, first in SmackDown - where he did win the US Championship belt - and now on RAW. Roode is best as a heel, whether it was NXT or in TNA. His booking on RAW has taken him nowhere and he's currently left without any story.
Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
Nakamura, on the other hand, has been a revelation as a heel but is using the same gimmick (the low blows) over and over again, which has got a bit tedious. He's not great on the mic, so WWE will have to work on that or give him a manager who can bring his heelish ways out.
