Without Ronda Rousey, women in the UFC likely wouldn't be a thing now, and because of that, the skill level of the women in MMA has risen.
We saw no better example of the evolution of women's MMA in Rousey's two final fights in the UFC, where she was completely outclassed and brutally knocked out. The fights basically showed her lack of ability to take herself out of her comfort zone in an attempt to gain more skills. Instead, she continued to work with the same coach, who in the MMA community is considered to be one of the worst coaches out there, and continued with the same old gameplan.

In WWE, they're portraying her like she's the "baddest woman on the planet," when in reality, she might not even be a top 5 fighter in the women's bantamweight division. In WWE's defense, it doesn't benefit their cause to mention Rousey's two losses, but it is always going to be the elephant in the room when they try to push her as an unstoppable force.
