There's something different about Charlotte Flair

Not only is that evident by the fact that she teamed up with former rival Becky Lynch to take on The Kabuki Warriors at TLC, but also by how she is started to address The WWE Universe. It's almost as if WWE is hinting at slowly turning her face again.

Sure, Charlotte's signature arrogance was still there as she mused about making history as the first official entrant into the 2020 Royal Rumble, but she did it in a way that got the crowd behind her. She didn't insult them. In fact, she didn't insult anyone. She stood there and told the fans that she was going to show them why she is called The queen.

With WWE doing somewhat of a double turn between Charlotte and Natalya on the last Raw of the year, it seems like WWE wants Charlotte to be a face going forward. Who knows where that will lead to, or what the company has planned, but just being a babyface again is a huge storyline development.

In the end, it could mean that another female Superstar's heel turn is right around the corner, which would be fun to watch. Maybe it could even be Becky Lynch finally turning on the fanbase that made her The Man (even though the fanbase wasn't having it the first time she tried it) and going into business for herself. Whatever they go with here, it's definitely going to fun to watch.
