While some will argue that it's time for Roman Reigns to take his spot as WWE Champion, the case can also now be made for Kevin Owens as well. In fact, it could really be what finally establishes Owens as the company's biggest anti-hero, and that will be fun for the company to explore!

Whether Shane McMahon has the championship or not remains to be seen, but it's still going to have a ripple effect throughout the company. Think about it! With Owens as the top babyface and on SmackDown Live no less, what does that mean for Roman Reigns future?

If nothing else, this is a great chance for Reigns to finally have that heel turn his singles career has needed. Reigns can also eventually transition to a babyface again, which should be great for ratings.
