Imperium took out their partner Alexander Wolfe on WWE NXT several weeks ago. After Wolfe’s departure, WALTER asked Marchel Bartel and Fabian Aichner to take over the tag team division.

Bartel and Aichner took on Breezango on this week’s NXT. Fandango and Tyler Breeze tried to take the upper hand early, but Imperium was just too good for them.

The heels isolated Fandango for some time before Prince Pretty got the hot tag. However, Aichner took him down with a big clothesline and looked to end things early.

Breeze surprised Aichner and rolled him up for the three-count to pick up the win. Imperium was livid after the loss and unloaded on Breezango after the bell. They took out both men and draped Breeze’s body with Imperium’s flag.

The match was decent and allowed both teams to shine. A rematch seems to be on the card and they could get a big match at the Great American Bash.

However, it’ll be interesting to see how WALTER reacts after Imperium’s loss on NXT. Will the NXT UK Champion take out Bartel and Aichner if they fail to win back the tag team titles soon?
