5 things WWE told us subtly on Monday Night Raw (12 November 2018)

Business just picked up!
Business just picked up!

WWE Raw emanated this week from Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri, and as the show was the go-home show for Survivor Series, one thing was going to happen without question, a SmackDown invasion.

It was a great storyline as the women of SmackDown dominated the last segment, and the fact that Becky Lynch could live to her name of being 'The Man' made her character and the feud look worthwhile.

'The Man' has been in great form since turning heel, and it seems like WWE has created the brand versus brand show on this match because not only did women close the show, it also showed that the women of SmackDown have an edge over the women of Raw.

The fact that Becky Lynch could apply a DisarmHer on Ronda Rousey during the go-home episode of Raw speaks volumes about the quality of match we will see this Sunday between these two fierce competitors.

This also confirmed that the women of Raw will invade SmackDown this week, and we could see Paige lay down the law and also security to avoid any interference from the women from the red brand.

While this is one thing the company told its fans, here are 5 other things the company told us on this week's episode of Raw.

#5 Finn Bálor and Drew McIntyre will feud for the title down the line

Finn Bálor interrupted the promo by Drew McIntyre, and it seemed like the two would get into a feud or a match instantly, but instead 'The Chosen One' chose Dolph Ziggler to fight on his behalf. Finn Bálor won the match, and as a part of this win, he was given an opportunity to be a part of the Raw men's team during the Brand vs Brand show.

The tension between these two wrestlers will impact the results of the match this Sunday, and we may see them become the reason for the red brand's loss.

This would anger Stephanie McMahon, and she would give them the opportunity to settle their differences in the ring. This match would end in a DQ or no result, leading to a fatal four way at next pay-per-view where Braun Strowman would also become a major factor.

#4 Dean Ambrose isn't a Shield member anymore

The Shield started as a group made of friends, who were more than friends - they were brothers. The three wrestlers performed as a tag team, and were the most loved tag team on the red brand.

When Roman Reigns stated that he is down with leukemia and would require time off to heal, it sounded like the brothers would bond more during the tough time, but instead, the group fell apart, and we saw Dean Ambrose attack Seth Rollins on the same night after winning the tag team titles.

While the wrestlers made good of this situation, the fact that Dean Ambrose is leading this feud from the front as a heel turned even more wonderful after he destroyed his vest from the group.

The only way this feud would become better is if 'The Lunatic Fringe' makes 'The Kingslayer' lose to 'The Artist' at Survivor Series, and thereby ignite their feud even more.

#3 Nia Jax and Ember Moon shall feud for the Raw Women's Championship

Nia Jax is currently eyeing at the Raw Women's Championship, and as 'The Irresistible Force' told the Rowdy Champion last week, she would be waiting for Ronda Rousey after her match at Survivor Series.

If Ronda Rousey wins her match at the brand-vs-brand show, we may see Nia Jax come out to hit the current champion, until the eclipse rises and takes her out.

This would lead to a feud between the two and Tamina Snuka at the same time, causing a triple threat match or a handicap match which would end in a DQ, causing both wrestlers to qualify for an opportunity at the Raw Women's Championship.

This feud would be pure gold, but it would be great to see how Nia Jax fares in the storyline because Ember Moon knows how to carry a feud. She did the same against Asuka in NXT, and if she gets into a one-on-one feud with Ronda Rousey, it would be awesome.

#2 Braun Strowman is the new underdog

Braun Strowman turned babyface after Roman Reigns left the company due to ill health, and while 'The Big Dog' is away, 'The Monster Among Men' has taken his place, and was on the receiving end of some words from Stephanie McMahon.

We all know that Stephanie McMahon hasn't lived up to her words, and always costs the babyfaces their opportunities. In the current scenario, we see Stephanie McMahon as the mediator between Baron Corbin and Braun Strowman. This could lead to a moment where Stephanie may deny any commitments, and in turn anger The Monster.

Braun Strowman would take matters into his own hands, and visit the WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT. While 'The 'Monster Among Men' would cause mayhem, he could also become a target for Stephanie McMahon and be ridiculed for never winning the Universal Championship in the WWE.

This storyline sounds like Daniel Bryan's.

#1 Becky Lynch stands tall at Survivor Series

Becky Lynch has been claiming for weeks now that she is 'The Man' in not just the women's division, but the entire WWE. This Monday Night on Raw she proved it when she put Ronda Rousey in a DisArmHer during a SmackDown invasion.

As Survivor Series is just 6 days away, we all expected an invasion from SmackDown, but expected a men/women invasion from SmackDown, but instead we saw the women of the blue brand take down the women of the Raw brand during their Survivor Series team announcement.

The segment saw blood during WWE programming, which is very rare in the PG era, and it also looked like Becky Lynch got hurt in the process of hitting Ronda Rousey. While the segment saw some blood, this was the first time we saw a women's invasion, and powerfully executed, leaving the fans wanting more.

We can expect a lot of things on Sunday, but after the injury caused by Becky Lynch, it seems like she will have an upper hand over The Rowdy One.
