#4 WWE Officials didn't like her Irish Accent
In 2016, shortly after her reign as the SmackDown Women's champion began, Bryan Alvarez in a report by Wrestling Observer Radio said that Kevin Dunn (the then Executive Vice President of Television Production) hated Becky Lynch’s accent and due to this she would get less promo time in future.
One of the most unique things about Lynch is her voice, as that Irish accent makes her promos different from others in the company. Also, it adds to the intensity of the situation. Her promos and interviews are one of the highlights of WWE programming currently, and it's shocking to know that her voice was an issue for WWE a few years ago.
#3 The Irish Dancer
As funny and stupid as it sounds, Becky's debut gimmick in NXT was of an Irish Dancer. This was one of the most stereotypical gimmick decision as it was a disrespect to her Irish heritage, and it made her look like a loser.
The WWE writers made a mockery of her background and we're sure WWE would not want the fans to see the 2019 Royal Rumble winner in this gimmick.
