Becky Lynch isn't set to appear at this week's Money In The Bank pay-per-view since the RAW Women's Champion will instead be focusing on the Money in the Bank contract ladder match.

Lynch won't be defending her Championship on Sunday night, but the winner of this year's match could opt to challenge Lynch in the future, which means that she will be watching with great interest.

Following her impressive victory over Shayna Baszler back at WrestleMania last month, Lynch has taken some time away from WWE and has been working on a number of other projects. It appears that The Man's recent surge in popularity on Monday Night RAW has gained her a lot of interest from other entertainment companies, which could allow her to make some interesting career decisions in the future.

#5. Becky Lynch is already a trained actress

The current RAW Women's Champion recently announced that she would be a guest star on the Showtime TV series Billions. The premiere episode of Season 5 aired on Sunday night and was a great success for Lynch, who was reportedly a professional throughout the process.

Ahead of the announcement, Lynch already had acting experience since she trained to be an actress whilst she was in college and has a degree in Performing Arts. Lynch appeared in a number of stage shows throughout her time studying acting. When her wrestling career came to an end prematurely back in 2006, Becky went on to appear as a stunt double in Vikings.

The Man expressed a desire to continue to work in the acting industry following her appearance on Billions and it has been rumored that Lynch has received a number of offers recently including a spot in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

#4. Lynch journals her hopes and dreams for every big match she's part of

Becky Lynch has been part of some huge WWE matches over the past few years since it was The Man who walked out of WrestleMania 35 as a dual champion when she was able to defeat both Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in the first-ever women's main event.

The current RAW Women's Champion became the first woman to pin Rousey in her WWE career, as well as just the second Superstar to take two Championships out of the WrestleMania main event (after Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 6) that night.

This was easily the biggest match that Lynch had been part of in her career. Ahead of her Championship Last Woman Standing match against Charlotte Flair, The Man revealed that she journals all of her hopes and dreams for each match.

Lynch stated that she likes to write about what she wants the fans to remember about the match as well as the outcome that she wants from it before all of her big matches.

#3. The Man had a number of interesting jobs before signing with WWE

It's hard to imagine Becky Lynch working as anything other than a wrestler at this moment in time, but when Lynch was forced to walk away from the business because of a serious head injury back in 2006, she went on to pick up a number of different jobs.

As part of My First Job on WWE's YouTube channel, Lynch revealed that her employment began as part of a car wash alongside a number of her friends when she was just eight years old. Lynch then worked in a bar when she was just 14 years old as a waitress but she only lasted there for two weeks.

The Man then went on to work in a Sandwich shop, before moving on to becoming a pizza chef, before she settled as a Flight Attendant, a job that she held for two and a half years.

Lynch revealed that her mother was also a flight attendant whilst she was growing up and after seeing her mother struggle to raise two children on a single salary, she wanted to emulate her work ethic.

#2. Lynch was almost fired from WWE back in 2014

Becky Lynch may be the most popular female star in WWE at present, but The Man would never have become a huge hit with the WWE Universe if she had been fired back in 2014.

The Man had a number of interesting gimmicks whilst in NXT, which included an Irish Dancer that dressed all in emerald green. Despite this, Lynch still became one of the Four Horsewomen alongside Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Bayley, even though she's the only member of the group who was never NXT Women's Champion.

Lynch took to Twitter on St Patrick's day last year to deliver an inspirational message where she revealed that she was almost fired from NXT ahead of her debut back in 2014.

Lynch stated that she had been fighting to remain in WWE since she signed and even though she didn't reveal why she was almost let go by the company, the Tweet showed how much of a journey Lynch had been on to make it in WWE.

#1. Becky's brother is also a wrestler

Becky Lynch was inspired to become a wrestler after a number of fights with her brother in their back garden. The two siblings were reportedly close at a young age and would watch WWE shows together.

The RAW Women's Champion followed in her brother's footsteps when it came to stepping into the wrestling business since Richy performed under the ring name Gonzo de Mondo.

Richy considered attending a wrestling school when Lynch was just 15 years old, which lead to the star lying about her age so that she could enroll. The Man stated that she was 16 so that she could start wrestling training alongside her brother and enrolled at Finn Balor's training school in Ireland.

Lynch told ESPN that her dream beginning in the wrestling business didn't go to plan and she remembered crying about it to Balor.

"I was terrible. It was so foreign to me, I wasn't an athlete, and I was a chilled-out kid, you know? I was tough, I had never done anything like this but I just wanted to work. I remember at one stage crying to [Finn] and being like, 'I just want to be as good as any of the guys.' And he was like, 'Well, that's what I'm trying to make you do.'"
