That’s right! Moon has come from the school that is run by none other than WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. She started out as a student at the former Pro Wrestling Alliance back in 2007. From there she would wrestle throughout Texas, adding experience to what would become a stacked resume. She wrestled under the name Athena and was nicknamed the “The Goddess” which was given to her by pro wrestling legend Skandor Akbar. He also had a hand in training Moon, providing discipline and old school wisdom. She would credit Akbar for much of her success in the squared circle.
