#2 Brock Lesnar on Dana White

Vince is better?
Is Vince better?

There's no denying Brock Lesnar is a cross-over star. Not only has he conquered the world of professional and amateur wrestling, but he has also stood atop the mountain of MMA, becoming the UFC Heavyweight Champion after leaving WWE in 2004.

This has always led to Brock having one foot in each company, with fans never quite sure how long he will be sticking around with them for. Just a few years ago, in the run up to Wrestlemania 31 and his main event match with Roman Reigns, the issue cropped up again as to whether Lesnar would be sticking around after the show.

It was also around this time that Dana White, the President of the UFC, made some comments about pro-wrestling being scripted, with the inference being that his was the better form of entertainment.

In an interview on ESPN, Brock was asked about these comments, and in rather uncharacteristic terms, Lesnar actually looked visibly annoyed by what his then former boss had said. Lesnar started by pointing out that WWE's fake/scripted set up is no secret, but that essentially the WWE and UFC both try to achieve the same goals of promoting fights.

He then turned to White in particular and suggested that because Vince McMahon is a better promoter than White, perhaps this was the reason he felt the need to say what he said. Some might argue that defending the WWE was the logical response seeing as they were officially his employers at the time, but it was strange of Lesnar to make such comments so directly.
