#3 Brock Lesnar on the UFC Women's Division

Too good for the UFC?
Too good for the UFC?

The world of MMA certainly looked like a very different place for Ronda Rousey just a few short years ago. Fans from all over the world were tuning into the product because of her, wishing to get a glimpse at the so-called unstoppable monster who took down opponents in a matter of seconds.

Nowadays, we are more used to seeing Rousey's vulnerable side, having lost initially to Holly Holm at UFC 193 and again in her return match against Amanda Nunes. The future for Ronda looks very uncertain, with most people assuming she will devote more time to her movie career and maybe even make an appearance or two at a WWE event.

During the height of the Rousey dominance, however, Brock Lesnar was asked to comment on what he thought of her in an ESPN interview. While taking nothing away from the then champ, Lesnar insinuated that a lot of her success was due to the UFC women's division not being up to scratch.

Lesnar called Rousey a fantastic athlete in a weak division and said that she looked like a man amongst women. It's safe to assume Brock might not be in a position to repeat those claims now considering the rise in popularity of women like Nunes and Holm, but back then it felt like quite the put-down.
