Al Wilson
In late 2002, Torrie Wilson kicked off a feud with Dawn Marie on WWE SmackDown. Marie had started a romantic relationship with Torrie Wilson's father, Al Wilson, and Torrie wasn't thrilled one bit. At No Mercy, Torrie Wilson defeated Marie, but the feud was far from over.
Torrie Wilson vs. Dawn Marie was one of the most controversial angles in WWE history
Around this time, on an episode of SmackDown, Marie tried to woo Al Wilson, who reciprocated her feelings. This led to Torrie Wilson coming out in a fit of rage and attacking Dawn Marie. Al Wilson tried to separate the two, but his daughter was having none of it. As the audience watched in surprise, Torrie Wilson confronted her father and pushed him with her full might. A catfight ensued that prompted officials to intervene and separate the two women. The storyline later saw Al Wilson passing away during his honeymoon with Marie. The rivalry finally came to an end at the 2003 Royal Rumble pay-per-view, where Torrie Wilson again defeated Dawn Marie. Al Wilson would pass away in real life 16 years later, mere days before Torrie Wilson's WWE Hall of Fame induction.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
