#4. Vince Russo--WCW World heavyweight championship

In a despicable booking decision, overrated pro wrestling creative director Vince Russo decided to award himself the WCW world heavyweight championship, a belt made famous by men like Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, the Great Muta, and Harley Race.

After getting speared out of a cage, Russo technically 'exited' the structure first and won the championship. The ludicrous angle was dropped almost as soon as it began, to the betterment of all.
