Vince McMahon's speech post 9/11:
Breaking Vince Russo and Jim Cornette update HERE.
Vince McMahon delivered a heartfelt speech at the beginning of the show. In storyline, Vince's company was at war with The Alliance, which was going to lead to a 5-on-5 Classic Survivor Series match at the namesake PPV. Vince, who was an integral part of this angle, didn't mention it one bit during the promo and put his entire focus on the real-life events that had occurred earlier that week. The Chairman's words were met with a loud chorus of cheers by an emotional audience, with several WWE Superstars shedding tears as well.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
