#1 The Undertaker's smoke kills a fan

The Undertaker has become well-known for his use of fire, smoke and lightning, but it seems that even The Deadman has had some accidents over the years.

Back at SummerSlam in 2008, Undertaker faced Edge in a Hell in a Cell match and the ending saw Undertaker chokeslam The Rated R Superstar through the canvas.

Flames then came up through the hole in the canvas that his body had made; the smoke that came from these flames was so thick that it caused a mother who was watching the show from ringside to have an asthma attack.

Susan Prim passed out and later died from the fumes that she had inhaled that day and her family went on to sue WWE for her death.
