But to swerve us all, Carmella could pull James Ellsworth behind her on a leash while he's wearing a referee shirt. She could announce how her pet Ellsworth is the special referee for the match and the shenanigans could start from there.
Ellsworth could fake something being in his eye if the champion rolls Carmella up for a pin but miraculously improve once Carmella gets a small package. "The Chinless Wonder" could throw himself to the mat and begin a fast count to crown Carmella as new SmackDown Women's Champion.
It might be a fitting beginning to a championship reign that is sure to be full of underhanded tactics.
