Could we see the unthinkable at Hell in a Cell?
We always knew Mick Foley to be the most beloved General Manager not named Kurt Angle, right? Which is why, if he were to turn on Reigns and go heel, it would make all the sense in the world, from the perspective of a swerve. Nobody would see it coming. It would also give Foley a role on television, in the weeks that follow Hell in a Cell.

Maybe Stephanie McMahon could appoint him as the new General Manager, and force Kurt Angle to return in a competitor's role. This would also allow Baron Corbin to be a more active competitor on RAW, as opposed to the General Manager role, which can be limiting. I'm sure Baron Corbin must be itching to get back in the ring.
Imagine Mick Foley stuffing Mr. Socko down Roman Reigns' throat at Hell in a Cell, this weekend. It would be the shock nobody ever saw coming.
