There'd be something quite serendipitous about Mick Foley standing tall at the end of a Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View having been the deciding factor in the match he was special guest refereeing!

Now, it's unclear, if he does interfere at all, which side Foley might use, Reigns or Strowman? But it would be a shocking end to the show if Foley did lean one way or the other and help one man to win the Universal Title.
