5 WrestleMania 34 opponents for The Bar

They don't just set the bar, they are The Bar
They don't just set the bar, they are The Bar

Sheamus and Cesaro are two exceptional performers. When they dub themselves 'The Bar', they really do mean it in every single way. Once the most bitter of foes, they've come together to elevate the tag team division. Today, they are the nucleus around which the entire RAW Tag Team scenario revolves.

And now, we ask the big question. Who are these two talented men due to face at WrestleMania then? In this list, we shall suggest five possible challengers for the gold.

Feel free to weigh in and give us your views with regard to this article. We would love to hear from you, even if your own opinion differs from ours.

Here are five scenarios for the RAW Tag Team Championships at the grandest stage of any WWE Superstar's career- WrestleMania.

#5 The Revival

Dash and Dawson always deliver on the big stage
Dash and Dawson always deliver on the big stage

When The Revival were still a part of NXT, they were the highlight of almost every TakeOver event that they were a part of. They put on incredible performances every single time, stealing the show with their devious means and heelish tactics.

Dash and Dawson have not fared nearly as well on the main roster since they were called up. The two of them are just as gifted as ever when given a chance, but they've injuries have severely derailed their momentum time and time again. Could WrestleMania 34 be their shot at the gold?

The Revival always bring their A-Game to the bigger shows, dazzling the audience with their amazing and captivating storytelling. If there's any team that can keep up with The Bar, it's these two.

If this match did happen at WrestleMania, it's guaranteed to be a 5-star classic, and a match that'll be remembered and cherished.

#4 The Club

This could be the stage for Gallows and Anderson to shine

Two years since they made their debut, Gallows and Anderson have had a mixed run in WWE. True, they have held the gold and now have renewed momentum after becoming a part of the Balor Club. However, considering the kind of expectations that fans had for a team of their stature, we feel they've been under-booked. WrestleMania could be their time.

Why we believe that The Club has a chance of standing tall at WrestleMania is because they are babyfaces, and babyfaces stand tall at WrestleMania. For the first time through their run, both hardcore and casual fans will have cause to root for the two. Imagine the number of 'Too Sweets' we could see in the crowd.

These two men have worked The Bar before. Whether it's in a singles or a multi-man environment, the outcome will be awesome.

Could Finn Balor end up interfering in their match, helping them win?

#3 Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt

Could these two foes find common ground?
Could these two foes find common ground?

Let's face it. Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt have more in common with each other than with the other members of the roster. Both of them need each other, to be any semblance of a threat.

We can totally imagine the two superstars coming together to compete for the gold. And what better stage than WrestleMania?

While the match between these two supernatural forces and The Bar wouldn't necessarily be a 5-Star classic, we can certainly imagine it being an entertaining affair. Certainly more entertaining than the Bray Wyatt vs. Matt Hardy matches, for sure, at this point.

If elements of the 'Woken Universe' were to interfere during the match, the outcome would become 'wonderful'!

#2 The Hardy Boyz

Could Jeff Hardy return to a similar reaction like last year?
Could Jeff Hardy return to a similar reaction like last year?

We felt our TV screens shake when Matt and Jeff Hardy came back to WWE at WrestleMania 33. One year later, Jeff Hardy is on the shelf. Matt Hardy is now 'woken'. Could Jeff Hardy return, this time as 'Brother Nero'?

If so, we expect another thunderous ovation. Maybe not as loud as last year, but certainly almost as loud. The Hardy Boyz could certainly be crowned Champions, on such a big stage.

The Hardy Boyz are an act worthy of WrestleMania, even without their 'Woken' personas. Whether it's a singles match against The Bar, or a multi-team match like last year, they always make everything feel bigger!

#1 Authors of Pain

Imagine if these behemoths made their debut at WrestleMania
Imagine if these behemoths made their debut at WrestleMania

It's a common practice to debut on RAW or SmackDown Live, a night or two after WrestleMania. We believe that The Authors of Pain could cause a bigger stir if they were to make their debut at WrestleMania 34. And yes, if they were to capture the RAW Tag Team Championships on their debut. The effect would be felt quite instantly.

Not only would it put them in the conversation instantly, it would also give The Bar someone to feud with, over the coming months. In our opinion, this would elevate both parties. Much like Alexa Bliss and Elias, The Authors of Pain seem like a unit that'll be much better in the main roster, than NXT.

So, here are our predictions. Titus Worldwide is a notable omission because we did not think the crowd has been into them so far, and we don't see them being anywhere but the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

We'd love to hear from you in the comments, dear readers.
