#4 Lesnar spikes himself at WrestleMania 19
WrestleMania is a memorable event for many reasons, one of those being the fantastic match between Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar. The match saw a true passing of the torch moment when Angle put over the rising star for the WWE Championship.
It was a brilliant bout. The two wrestling machines put on a clinic of stiff suplexes and great back and forth action. It truly seemed like either man could win, but Lesnar was officially crowned the next big thing in the end.
As great as the match was, its legacy will forever be tainted. No one can truly reminisce about this match without thinking of the scary botch that happened towards the bout's tail-end.
Everything seemed done and dusted. Lesnar could've put away Angle with the F-5, but he suddenly looked over towards the ring post. The Beast then attempted the high-flying Shooting Star Press.
If landed, the moment would've been remembered for all the right reasons. Sadly, Lesnar landed on his head and neck, giving himself a severe concussion. The match was hastily finished, with Lesnar finally putting Kurt away with the F-5. A weird and brutal end to an otherwise great WrestleMania match.
