#3 Bobby Roode

The “glorious” one has been one of the most under-appreciated superstars in the WWE and will be still be waiting for a proper push, despite two short-lived championship wins. Apart from a short US title run on SmackDown Live that gave him some fame, but barely lasted and a similar run with the Raw Tag-Team tiles, he has failed to live up to the hype that was build-up on his arrival from NXT.
The initial reign as a single’s champion saw him quickly drop the title to Randy Orton, which saw the fans rather disappointed with the way that he was wasted. Though there was hope that he would possibly recapture the title again, he was moved to Raw back then.

Similar was the case with the Tag titles, as they dropped them to The Revival within no time of capturing them after months of hard work. The most surprising thing about his character has always been that though he was more of a heel, he has been portrayed as a babyface since his main-roster debut.
Since his move to RAW, he has had no luck either and he has been recently paired with Chad Gable, though their Tag-Team is now going nowhere. The move that was expected to shape his future has done nothing significant for him and he was one of the top stars whose career was rather hurt with his move to Raw.
