KO as a babyface?

Owens is undoubtedly one of the best performers in the professional wrestling world today. Be it his agility and versatility in the ring or his unequalled skills on the mic, WWE hit gold when they signed him.

Seeing how he is already being cheered loudly every time he steps out, maybe a slight tweak in his character will do him some good. A clean-cut babyface KO is unimaginable and will fail for sure. Maybe something in between - he could go back to his original prizefighter gimmick or maybe a baby face with a smidge of cockiness?

A Sami Zayn betrayal can do it. Constantly being overshadowed by Owens can cause Sami to get frustrated and turn on his best friend and beat him to a pulp. The only catch is that WWE mustn't rush this and do it over a few months’ worth of long-term storytelling, the way they brilliantly pulled off a similar storyline between KO and Chris Jericho.
