There were not many heels who could get over with the fans as easy as Carlito did. He was always the perfect fit for a mid-carder and held the United States, Intercontinental and Tag Team championship belts.

Since leaving WWE, he has made a name for himself in World Wrestling Council, where he is a former 17-time WWC Universal Champion.
With the Shining Stars currently doing all of nothing in the company, Carlito would serve as the perfect mentor to bring them up through the Tag Team division.
