When Hulk Hogan returned to the WWF in 2002, his comeback is still regarded as one of the greatest ever.

Stealing the show at WrestleMania 18 with The Rock, Hogan would later capture the WWF Undisputed Championship, nine years after he last held it.

And whilst he would later lose the title to The Undertaker, Hogan remained a force to be reckoned with, until he ran into a rookie by the name of Brock Lesnar.

Meeting on SmackDown in August, Hogan was simply overwhelmed by the Beast, who crushed the life out of him, and after attacking the Hulkster post-match, had seemingly crushed Hulkamania, once and for all.

Within weeks, Lesnar would look to his next legend, and defeated The Rock at Summerslam, becoming the WWE Undisputed Champion, and proving the next big thing, had arrived.
