When Big Cass and Enzo Amore finally split up it looked like Colin Cassady was finally getting his run as a singles star. He defeated the Big Show at SummerSlam, with Enzo hanging from a shark cage, and the seven-foot-tall Superstar ended up kicking everyone's heads off in the process.
But on the night after The Biggest Party Of The Summer, Big Cass took a tumble over the ropes and destroyed his knee. With one swoop, his career was in jeopardy and he wasn't happy about it.

Enzo was left on his own and history has told what happened there. But it was Big Cass who was initially supposed to have a rocket strapped to his back after SummerSlam and not his little buddy.
Hopefully, 2018 will see the return of Big Cass but he has a lot of catching up to do if WWE wants him back in the position he was before his injury.
