As you can see in the last entry, it was Shane 'Swerve' Strickland who competed against Trevor Lee in the dark match at the latest set of tapings, and when it comes to pure 'it factor', there are few in the world that compares.

Not many people have the pure charisma, style, and look, like Strickland, and he combines this with a high-flying hybrid style, that has become a staple of indie wrestling these days, and he's WWE ready.

Shane has the attitude to get over big with the Full Sail audience, and with the next Takeover taking place in June, it's hard to see NXT management keeping him off TV long after that event.

With dream opponents like Johnny Gargano, Adam Cole, Keith Lee, Kushida, The Dream himself, and so many others waiting to greet him, Strickland could be a breakout star for WWE in 2019, and an NXT Champion by 2020.
