WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio has a glorious career backing his current position on the roster. In the last couple of years, he has been used extensively to put over other talents. In his brutal feud with Brock Lesnar, he was the voice behind the introduction of Cain Velasquez.

However, towards the end of that feud, Mysterio took matters in his own hands and had a memorable match against the ‘Beast Incarnate’ which also featured Mysterio’s son, Dominic.

More than anything, that match gave us a glimpse of a brutal Mysterio, someone that we miss. Given the fact that Mysterio is now heading closer to the end of his career, he deserves a good run before he finally decides to hang his boots.

Even if there are still a few years before this veteran will retire from in-ring action, a good storyline will be great to kickstart yet another memorable run, but it won’t be an easy job for his opponent.

Mysterio deserves a good feud with a compelling storyline – something that is always the case when Kevin Owens is involved. He is extremely charismatic and one of the top guys in WWE today.

Their rivalry can be very beneficial for Mysterio as it will allow him to show that he can still leave us in awe with his talent. Owens too will enjoy another feather in his cap after he eventually gets the better of Mysterio, and he will then find himself moonwalking into the World Title picture.
