#4: NXT UK star injured
Staying with the WWE's developmental brand, recent reports have suggested that NXT/NXT UK star Dakota Kai suffered a knee injury this past weekend.
Kai, who appeared at a NXT Live event in Green Bay, Wisconsin this past Friday, teamed with Candice LeRae and Kairi Sane to face Jassaym Duke, Marina Shafir and NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler.
During the match, the Kiwi Superstar went down on her knee badly, with the referee throwing up the X symbol, asking for immediate assistance.
Kai was then helped to the back, and the match carried on without her. She was also reported to have been limping after the show.
This obviously comes as a huge blow to Kai, who has been making a name for herself in both NXT and NXT UK since it launched a few months ago.
