As a former WWE NXT Champion, it's clear that Aleister Black has some supporters behind the scenes.
Black, who joined the company in 2016 has been a great commodity to the company with his unique look and offence, and has impressed many, both those in the WWE Universe and backstage.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, there are several people behind the Dutchman, and Dave Meltzer said how it seems likely that he will be in line for a push. In recent weeks, Black has been looking for a worthy opponent to face, so it seems whoever steps up to the former NXT Champion could do so to make the 34-year-old look good.
With all this positivity, it seems to be only a matter of time before Black once again holds championship gold, this time on the main roster.
