#2 Randy Orton
Now, this is an odd one, Randy Orton is an out and out WWE guy. He has been part of the developmental scene for WWE and then has step by step grown on to become a WWE legend. But then you look at what he's been doing for the last year and you see that Randy has hit a dead end of sorts. He has been leapfrogged in the pecking order by Wrestlers like AJ Styles, All the three members of Shield, Braun Strowman and many others. He hasn't featured in the main event feud for a long long time.
One of the reasons is that Randy is a 13-time Champion and if he becomes the champion one more time he would level Triple H (something which might not go down well with the game). He's meandered in the mid-card feuds for a long time now and it almost seems that he's run out of options about what to do next.
The sad part is whenever you see Randy you see someone with such an amazing charisma that could keep the crowd glued to the screens. He has so much to offer but it seems that he's coming to the end of the road with WWE. In AEW, Randy could see an opportunity of offering a great value to the promotion and in turn, get a chance to do something completely different from what he's done all these years. More so, for AEW a star like Randy would mean a huge body blow to WWE and at the same time a massive boost to the roster.
