#4 Mick Foley — 0 wins, 1 no contest, 3 losses

When you think of Hell in a Cell, you think of Mick Foley. But did you know he has the worst record of any WWE superstar in history in these matches?
You’d be forgiven for forgetting that his first match as Mankind inside the cell wasn’t the famous King of the Ring 1998 battle with The Undertaker, in which he was thrown both off the cell and through the cell in a barbaric 17-minute encounter.

His first match -- and first defeat -- came 13 days earlier when, on Monday Night Raw, he teamed with Kane in a losing effort against Undertaker and Steve Austin.
Foley would go on to have two further cell matches; the first ending in a no contest with Kane on an August episode of Raw in 1998 and the second in a retirement match with Triple H at No Way Out 2000.
