5 WWE Superstar Shake-up moves we can't wait to see

Expect the entire landscape of the WWE to be changed completely
Expect the entire landscape of the WWE to be changed completely

The WWE has just come out of one of its best WrestleMania's in recent memory, and while the RAW and SmackDown Live following it weren't fantastic, this week we are headed for the second annual WWE Superstar Shake-up.

We've already seen a few cameos like Lars Sullivan coming to RAW, Drew McIntyre, and Braun Strowman to SmackDown Live, but next week, expect the entire landscape of the WWE to be changed completely.

Hopefully, it will be unpredictable because this would be one of the most exciting weeks in the WWE's calendar, and if done properly, we can spend the time up until WrestleMania 36 with some incredibly fresh, new, and exciting feuds and matches.

We are obviously going to see way more moves than this, including ones that have been made or teased in the days following WrestleMania 35, but the following are 5 moves that weren't teased/revealed over the past few days that we'd love to see going forward in 2019.

#5 Shayna Baszler to RAW

Baszler is quite a way off from being a prototypical female in the WWE
Baszler is quite a way off from being a prototypical female in the WWE

Ronda Rousey is reportedly taking a leave of absence from the WWE following her massive loss at WrestleMania 35, so that leaves a huge hole on the roster, and what better way to fill it than one of her best friends and co-Four Horsewomen?

Sure, it wouldn't make too much sense to take her away from Duke and Shafir, and considering she is the NXT Women's Champion, a run on both brands for the next few months would be good for her but building The Queen of Spades as a top heel should be a top priority for the WWE in 2019.

Baszler is quite a way off from being a prototypical female in the WWE, but that's a great thing because she's a believable performer and an immense talent, so bringing her to the main roster to eventually challenge Becky Lynch is a great move that the WWE needs to make.

#4 The Bruiserweight to SmackDown Live

Pete Dunne
Pete Dunne

For the past 685 days (until this past Friday), Pete Dunne led the NXT UK division as their champion, and every step of the way, he proved that not only is he the best wrestler in WWE's UK division, but perhaps the world, and it's time he makes the big leap to the WWE main roster proper.

His match with Walter was an absolutely amazing way to see him off from the NXT UK brand, and while there's a certain possibility he moves to NXT for a while before going to the main roster, he has been ready for several years now.

Pete has the character work, the look, the in-ring skill, and the presence that will one day make him a WWE Champion, and if he gets a hard push right out of the gate, that could happen as early as WrestleMania 36.

#3 Sane and LeRae to SmackDown Live

Kairi Sane and Candice LeRae

This past week on SmackDown Live, Paige teased that she would be bringing a surprise team to the blue brand, and while there's plenty of options, the rumored main roster promotion of Kairi Sane and Candice LeRae make the most sense.

These are two of the most insanely talented performers down in NXT, and while they aren't the biggest names, pairing them together with a big name like Paige gives them something to work with right off the bat.

The other option for the WWE is the Sky Pirates, the duo of Sane and her best friend Io Shirai, but Shirai still has a big singles run coming for her in NXT, so these two are a much better choice for the company.

The best women's tag team down in NXT is the duo of Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox, but unfortunately they are both currently out injured, so the best option for the WWE is Sane and LeRae, especially if they want to build the women's tag division into the special thing we all know it can be.

#2 Main Event Murphy to SmackDown Live

The Juggernaut has run over everyone on the 205 Live brand
The Juggernaut has run over everyone on the 205 Live brand

Since coming to 205 Live heading into WrestleMania a year ago, Murphy has improved quite a lot and become a star with huge potential, and after a run at the top, it's time that he heads to the main roster.

The Juggernaut has run over everyone on the brand, and after going down to Tony Nese twice in incredible fashion, it's time for bigger and better things, and SmackDown Live makes the most sense.

Sure, Andrade, Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan, and others make up a good heel portion of the roster, but Murphy is everything the WWE look for in a star, and he'll quickly climb through the ranks no doubt.

SmackDown Live is moving to Fox later in the year, and they want a more legitimate sports program, so bringing over someone as talented and athletic as the Best Kept Secret will no doubt help that process.

#1 AJ Styles leaves his house behind

AJ Styles
AJ Styles

AJ Styles has been the most consistent wrestler in the WWE since his debut in early 2016, and he's been the main man behind SmackDown Live, but after 3 years, it's time for him to star on Monday nights.

The Phenomenal One is an amazing competitor and has been involved in some amazing feuds over the past few years, so giving him a plethora of new opponents on RAW is the best move for his career right now.

Sure, seeing him wrestle the likes of Andrade, Kofi, or perhaps Buddy Murphy would be great, but Styles is money, and the WWE needs him on their flagship show on Monday night.

Sure, he's not the over-the-top character that the WWE like to have on their flagship show, but he's got immense support from the WWE Universe, and pitting him against the likes of Finn Balor, Chad Gable, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and other young performers will help everyone involved.
