In my opinion, The Riott Squad was doomed from the start. They debuted one night after Absolution and their actions were a carbon copy of what Paige, Mandy Rose, and Sonya Deville did on Raw. On top of that, I don't think Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan were ready for the main roster yet.
With Absolution staying together on SmackDown Live, the right call would have been to just move Ruby Riott over to Monday Night Raw and send Morgan and Logan back to NXT with a little more experience under their belts. The bright side is there is more time on Raw to feature the three ladies, but I think a split would have been more beneficial.
